TYO is a registered charity (No.1121177) and conforms strictly to the Charities Commission's governance guidelines and requirements. Accordingly, the Executive and Musical Directors report directly to the the orchestra's independent board of trustees, which oversees and participates in all key decision making regarding the orchestra's management, structure, operation and policy implementation.
